About us

We specialize in - Infrastructure Drainage.

“Bailey Drainage Ltd” was incorporated in 1996.
It took over “Bailey & Stephens Drainage 
Contractors Ltd” which had been in operation since 1982.
Martin & Jason Bailey ran Bailey Drainage & are the sons of Tom Bailey who owned & operated Bailey & Stephens. 
Through the 80’s most of our contracts were with ‘Neil Civil Engineering’
Then in 1992 it became ‘Neil Civil (1992) Engineering’ until 2000.
We also Subcontracted to ‘JW Neill, TG Patterson, & HEB’ during that time.
From around 2006 we had been exclusive to ‘ Masters Civil Engineering’ untill its close in 2017. 
​The majority of our work has been in Auckland. Manukau mostly with stints in Franklin, Papakura, Beachlands, Karaka (Harbourside Estate - Ian Ross) and Longbay with Kerry Dines.
Jason  since 2016 has taken up a post with Kerry Dines ​but continues to have an interest in the family company.

Joined the family drainage business in the late 80's - Started Bailey Drainage in 1996.

Holds a NZQA-National Certificate - Infrastructure 
Works (pipelaying )

Jason Bailey
Joined the family drainage business straight
out of High school. 
Former drainage foreman for Dempsey Wood & Kerry Dines Ltd (where he also laid new water reticulation)
Holds a NZQA-National Certificate -
Infrastructure Works (pipelaying )
